Restoring a subscription means, you have purchased an MBC Shahid VIP subscription through iTunes or Google Play, however, you are unable to activate it.

In order to restore your subscription and activate it on your account. Simply follow the steps below:

• Head to our MBC Shahid Mobile application.
• Sign in with your registered username while subscribing from sign in icon at the bottom
• Tap on the My Space icon at the bottom of your screen to enter your account settings.
• Click on the option “Restore purchase”

Once clicked, your subscription will be activated, if not, your subscription ID will reflect on your screen as a pop-up message, take a screenshot and share it with our friendly customer support team along with your Invoice that contains the Order ID to get further assistance.
