How to create an account on MBC Shahid?

Creating an MBC Shahid account is a quick and easy process. You can create the account using the Mobile App or through a Web Browser. Follow the steps below to get started:

Using the Mobile App:
 

1. Open the MBC Shahid Mobile app on your device.
2. Locate the Face Icon situated at the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Click on "Sign in."
4. Click on " Sign up" down below
5. Add your username (Email address or Phone number) 
6. Enter the OTP sent to your email address or phone number to verify your new account.
7. Set a valid password and you'll be logged in automatically.

Using a Web Browser:
 

1. Press here using your preferred web browser.
2. Click on the "Sign in" button found at the top right corner of the page.
3. Then click on " Sign up" down below
4. Add your username (Email address or Phone number) 
5. Enter the OTP sent to your email address or phone number to verify your new account.
6. Set a valid password and you'll be logged in automatically.

Please note that using your phone number as your username is only supported in selected countries. To check if it's available in your region, click Countries list for Mobile Log in option . 

Password: when you create a new password, please ensure it contains a minimum of 8 characters that are a combination of letters and numbers. Additionally, note that the password's length should not exceed 60 characters.

Note: If you decide to use your phone number as your username, please ensure that you enter it without the country code and without any "+" or "00" prefixes.

 If you are unable to receive the OTP on your phone number:  

1. Please make sure to click (Resend OTP) in order to receive it on your mobile number once you complete 120 seconds.
2. If you still haven't received the OTP, please check with your service provider to ensure that messages from MBC Shahid are not being blocked. 

 If you are unable to receive the OTP at your email address: 

1. Confirm that the email address entered is correct.
2. Look for the OTP email in your Spam or Junk folders.
3. If you still can’t find the OTP, try resending the code once you complete 5 minutes 

Keep in mind: the OTP will expire after 5 minutes, whether sent to your phone or email. 

Additionally, you have the option to create your account using your Facebook, Apple ID, or Gmail credentials. Simply select one of the provided login methods.

Note: If you sign up using any social login method (Facebook, Google, or Apple ID), you might not be able to log in easily on devices that aren’t connected to the same social account or share the account in the same way as with an email/password login.
