Payment method update
 

To switch to a different payment method (for example: From credit card to App Store), you must first cancel your existing subscription and wait for it to expire.
Once your existing subscription expires, you may re-subscribe using a new payment method.

Updating your current bank card details:

🔔If you’re paying directly to MBC Shahid, you can update your bank card details via our website by following the steps below: 
 

1. Visit Shahid
2. Tap on the face icon below to login to your account
3. Head to “My Account Settings”
4. Tap on “Subscription Management”
5. Click the “Update” button, and insert your new credit card details

 

🔔If your subscription is billed through a third-party payment method (such as App Store, Apple Pay, or Google Play) and you need to update the linked bank card, please make the changes directly through that platform’s payment settings. 

Removing card details:

To completely remove your credit card information without replacing it with another card please do the following:
 

1. Cancel your current subscription.
2. Get ready with the First 6, last 4 digits and expiration date of your card and a proof of your last deduction and include them in your email.
3. Reach out to our friendly customer care team by sending an email to Care@Shahid.net.

Don’t forget to mention your reason of contact and the last 4 and expiry date of the used card.

🔔Note:
 

• We will be able to remove your credit card details within 3 to 5 business Days. This step cannot be done through our app or website.
• The removal of your card details without replacing it with another card will result in your subscription being automatically terminated.
