What are the requirements to display 4K content on MBC Shahid?

To enjoy the highest quality streaming experience with 4K (Ultra HD) resolution on MBC Shahid App, certain requirements must be met.

Internet Speed Requirement

For smooth 4K streaming, you need a minimum download bandwidth of 17 Mbps or higher. However, it's important to note that playing 4K content also depends on the stability of your internet connection. To check the internet speed of your device, here are two ways of doing that:
 

1. Open the MBC Shahid TV app
2. Click on Settings
3. Head to the Network Connection
4. Tap on “Start Network Test”

Having a high internet speed does not necessarily mean you have a steady connection which could affect the quality of your streaming. If you are facing an internet stability issue, please reach out to your service provider.
