Why can’t I find Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Payment while subscribing?

 

 

If you’re subscribing through the mobile app, you’ll automatically be redirected to pay using Apple iTunes (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).

These app stores manage the payment process directly, which is why Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Payment options don’t appear there.

 

To subscribe using your Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Payment, please open your account through a web browser (for example, Chrome or Safari) and complete your subscription from there.

 

Steps to Subscribe Using a Credit/Debit Card or Mobile Payment:

Due to the recent regulations in Egypt, debit card payment may not succeed. Please make sure you are trying to subscribe using your credit card.
 

1. Visit MBC Shahid on your browser
2. Click on Subscribe
3. Choose your preferred package by clicking on "Subscribe"
4. Log in to your non-active account or feel free to create a new account by following the steps on the screen
5. Choose credit card as your payment method 
6. Fill in & confirm your payment details
7. Click on “Pay”

Please note Mobile Payments works only with (Mobile only and VIP packages)
