1. Can I activate OSN+ and Disney+ outside the GCC?

You can only activate your OSN+ and Disney+ subscriptions if you are physically located in one of the GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman). Activation attempts from outside the GCC will not be successful.

2. What happens if I upgrade to the Epic Bundle while outside the GCC?

If you upgrade to the Epic bundle while located outside the GCC, the OSN+ and Disney+ subscriptions included in your plan will not be available for activation. Please ensure you are within a supported country before upgrading to this bundle.

3. What if I already have an active OSN+ or Disney+ subscription?

If you try to activate the bundle using the same email or username that already has an active OSN+ or Disney+ subscription, there is a risk of having double subscriptions with that partner. Please reach out to OSN+ or Disney+ to sort this out for you.

4. When does my subscription period start?

Your subscription period starts as soon as your payment is successfully processed, not when you activate the OSN+ or Disney+ services. We recommend activating your partner subscriptions as soon as possible to maximize your usage during the paid period.

5. Are OSN+ and Disney+ available on all devices?

Access to OSN+ and Disney+ is subject to each platform’s availability and device compatibility limitations.

6. What happens if I delete my MBC Shahid account?

If you choose to delete your MBC Shahid account while your bundle is still active, your entire bundle including access to OSN+ and Disney+ will be terminated immediately and cannot be restored. If you wish to delete your account on the OSN+ or Disney+ platforms specifically, please contact the support teams of OSN+ or Disney+ directly.
