How can I add or remove devices on my account?

With MBC Shahid, you can access your account from up to 20 devices with varying streaming limits based on your subscription:

• Ultimate: 4 concurrent streams from multiple locations.
• VIP, VIP | Sports, Epic Bundle & Epic Bundle | Sports: 2 concurrent streams from 1 location.
• VIP Mobile plan: 1 concurrent stream. 

For smartphones or tablets: 
 
No pairing steps are required, simply login to your account by inserting your credentials and you're ready to go. 
  

1. Visit www.shahid.net/login through the website or click on sign in via MBC Shahid Mobile app. 
2. Enter your email/mobile number and password. 
3. You are all set to enjoy MBC Shahid’s content. 

For mobile usernames please ensure that you have the mobile number added and avoid adding + or 00 or the country code in the username field. 
 
PS: If you have previously registered using Facebook, Apple ID, or Gmail, ensure to log in using the same login method. 

For TVs: 
 
If your TV supports the latest version of MBC Shahid App, you can easily pair your MBC Shahid account from your mobile app to your TV app using the following methods: 

Using a pairing code or QR Code, you can find both codes available on your TV app simply by following the steps below: 
 

1. Open your MBC Shahid TV app. 
2. Head to the main menu by scrolling to the left or clicking the left button on your remote. 
3. Click on login to see the QR code/or the pairing code. 

Next, head to your MBC Shahid Mobile app. 
 

1. Log in to your account and head to your account settings by tapping on the Face Icon (My space) below. 
2. Choose Device Management. 
3. You can either enter the pairing code or enable your mobile camera access to scan the QR code appearing on your TV app. 

Once paired, you will receive a notification letting you know that the linking process has been successful.

  
If your TV is not among the list of Supported devices, you can still enjoy a big-screen experience by simply using any of the following set-top boxes: 
 

• Apple TV – Running on TvOS 12.0 and above
• Amazon Fire TV – Running on Fire OS 6.2.1
• Xiaomi Box/stick – Running on Android 7.0 & above
• Google Chromecast

Note that, you can remove any of the devices added simply by following the below steps: 
 
-    Head to your account settings 
-    Click on “Device Management” 
-    Remove the device you don’t need by clicking on the bin icon
