Epic Bundles Subscribers: How to Delete Your Disney+ or OSN+ Accounts 

If you are subscribed to the Epic Bundle or Epic Bundle | Sports and wish to delete your Disney+ or OSN+ accounts, please review the guidelines below. 

Important Note:  Deleting your Disney+ account will not cancel your MBC Shahid subscription. 
Your bundle subscription will remain active even if you delete accounts on partner platforms.

OSN+ Account Deletion: 

• If the user is subscribed through the Epic Bundle, the bundle must be cancelled from MBC Shahid first. 

• Once the subscription becomes inactive, the user can proceed with deleting their OSN+ account.

Disney+ Account Deletion:

• Users can delete their Disney+ account directly from the Disney+ platform.

Reactivating Disney+ After Deletion: 

If your Epic Bundle or Epic Bundle | Sports subscription is still active, you can return to the MBC Shahid app at any time and activate Disney+, even after deleting your previous account. 

During the activation process, MBC Shahid will guide you to create a new Disney+ and link it to your existing bundle.
