How can I solve my app crash issue on MBC Shahid Mobile App?

If your MBC Shahid app is hanging or closes automatically, there are a few possible causes leading to this issue:
 

1. An Internet connection issue
2. You either have outdated version of the app or your device is not supported.
3. A technical issue on our app.

1. If you are facing an Internet Connection Issue: here’s how you resolve it.

Make sure your device is connected to the Internet, either through Wi-Fi or Mobile data & for Tv’s switch your connection from Wi-Fi to Ethernet cable.

Ensure that your internet speed is above 5 Mbps - this is a minimum required speed to ensure the content playback with the required quality.
