How many profiles can I add on my account?

Your family and friends can now enjoy their own personalized Shahid experience through your account by creating additional profiles.

Each profile in your account can have their own:

• My list
• Preferred language
• Personalized watching experience
• Unique content suggestions
• Safe content (Kids)

With MBC Shahid, you can access your account from up to 20 devices with varying streaming limits based on your subscription:

• Ultimate: 4 concurrent streams from multiple locations.
• VIP, VIP | Sports, Epic Bundle & Epic Bundle | Sports: 2 concurrent streams from 1 location.
• VIP Mobile plan: 1 concurrent stream.

Once you create an account on Shahid, by default two profiles will be created, 1 for adults and another one for kids. You can add up to three additional profiles, that will allow members to enjoy Shahid from one single account.

PS: Default profiles cannot be removed from the account; however you can edit the name, and the avatars linked to these profiles.

If you have not reached your maximum limit of 5 profiles, and you are unable to add an additional profile, please follow the technical troubleshooting steps.
