How to manage my Epic Bundle or Epic Bundle | Sports?

If you are subscribed to the Epic Bundle or Epic Bundle | Sports, you can manage your bundle and partner subscriptions directly from your MBC Shahid account.

Where can I manage my Epic Bundle?

Once your subscription is active, a new page called Bundle Management will appear in your MBC Shahid account settings.

To access it:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Select Bundle Management

From this section, you can manage and activate your partner subscriptions.

What can I do from Bundle Management?

Through Bundle Management, you can:

• Activate your Disney+ subscription
• Activate your OSN+ subscription
• Check the activation status of each partner
• Access partner platforms after successful activation

How do I activate Disney+ or OSN+?

1. Go to Account Settings → Bundle Management
2. Click Activate Now next to Disney+ or OSN+
3. You will be redirected to the partner platform
4. Complete the registration or sign-in process

Important notes:

• Activation must be completed while you are physically located in a GCC country
• Your subscription period starts once payment is successfully processed, not when activation is completed

Important Disney+ Activation Requirements:

When activating your Disney+ subscription:

• Make sure to enter a local phone number that matches your current country
• Ensure the OTP is entered correctly during verification

Using a non-local phone number or entering an incorrect OTP may cause the activation to fail.

What should I do if I see “Contact Support” instead of “Activate Now”?

If you see “Contact Support” instead of “Activate Now” in the Bundle Management section, this means that a previous activation attempt failed or was interrupted.

In this case:

• The activation could not be completed successfully
• The system requires support intervention to reset the activation process

What should I do next?

Please contact MBC Shahid Customer Support and provide the following details:

• The partner you are trying to activate (Disney+ or OSN+)

We will work on sorting this out for you, the “Activate Now” button will appear again, allowing you to complete the activation.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will lose access to MBC Shahid, Disney+, and OSN+.
