How to watch VIP on a big screen without a Smart TV?

With the following devices, you can easily watch MBC Shahid on your TV through your smartphone or tablet, simply by plugging in any of the following media players to enjoy the big-screen experience.

Google Chromecast:

1. Plug your Chromecast device into your TV's HDMI port
2. Using your TV remote, switch the input to the HDMI port plugged to your Chromecast.
3. Ensure the device you're using is connected to the same WIFI network as your Chromecast.
4. Download the Google Home app on your smartphone or tablet and follow the Chromecast setup instructions.
5. Choose the content you want to watch on your smartphone or tablet and start the player
6. Tap on the cast button and select your device. Once you are connected, the cast button on your smartphone or tablet's screen will change color.  

Done! You can now enjoy MBC Shahid on your big screen
 
Apple TV:

1. Plug in your Apple TV to your TV through the HDMI port
2. Switch the input of your TV to the HDMI port you plugged the Apple TV.
3. Follow & complete the set-up instructions of your Apple TV
4. Using your apple TV remote, go to your App store.
5. Search “MBC Shahid” and install it.

If you prefer not to install MBC Shahid app on your Apple TV, you can mirror your IOS device to your Apple TV by simply following the steps below:

1. Ensure your iOS device and your Apple TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
2. Using your iOS device, swipe down to access the Control Center and select the Screen Mirroring option.
3. Choose your Apple TV device.
4. Once connected, launch the MBC Shahid app on your iOS device. 
5. Choose the content you want to watch and start the player

Done! You can now enjoy MBC Shahid on your big screen.

Amazon Fire TV:

1. Plug your Amazon Fire TV into your TV through the HDMI port.
2. Using your TV remote, switch the input to the HDMI port plugged into Amazon Fire TV.
3. Switch on your Amazon Fire TV device and go to Fire TV apps.
4. Search for MBC Shahid application and install

If you prefer not to install the MBC Shahid app on your Amazon Fire TV, you may cast directly from your smartphone.

1. Launch the MBC Shahid app on your smartphone.
2. Choose the content you want to watch on your smartphone and start the player
3. Tap on the cast button and select your device. Once you are connected, the cast button on your mobile screen will change color. 

Mi Box/Stick:

1. Plug your Mi Box into your TV through the HDMI port.
2. Using your TV remote, switch the input to the HDMI port plugged to Mi Box.
3. Switch on your Mi Box device and go to the Google Play store.
4. Search for MBC Shahid application and install.

If you prefer not to install the MBC Shahid app on your Mi Box, you may cast directly from your smartphone.

1. Launch the MBC Shahid app on your smartphone.
2. Choose the content you want to watch on your smartphone, and start the player
3. Tap on the cast button and select your device. Once you are connected, the cast button on your mobile screen will change color. 

If you do not have any of the above media players, you can use the Airplay feature if your TV has this feature.

Airplay Feature:

Airplay is a feature to stream or share content from your Apple devices to your Apple TV or Airplay 2-compatible smart TV.

1. Ensure your iPhone and your TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Open MBC Shahid’s application on your iOS device, choose the content you want to watch, and start the player.
3. Tap the AirPlay icon.
4. Select your TV from the drop-down list.
