I am unable to upgrade to the VIP | Sports package.

While upgrading your package, it is important to know that this process is limited to a similar payment method.

Although, some payment methods do support the upgrade, while others do not. 

If you receive error while trying to purchase the package, then here’s what we recommend you do:

•    You may either create new account and subscribe to VIP | Sports with a new payment method.

   Or

•    You can cancel your current subscription & wait for your current cycle to end and re-subscribe with a new payment method.


PS. If you are trying to upgrade to the VIP| Sports via iPhone device while your registered payment method is not iTunes, you might face the above error as well, therefore, we recommend that you try to upgrade first through your mobile browser or web browser before proceeding with any of the above 2 steps
