Your subscription through a Bank Card, Apple Pay, Mobile Pay, App Store or Google Play renews automatically based on your chosen plan; monthly or yearly. If you have noticed that your subscription is not getting renewed, you can follow the below steps to identify the issue:

On the Account Settings page:

This screen explains your subscription and payment status. Below is a clarification of each section shown in the image:

 

(1) Subscription status: Temporary Active:

This means your subscription is temporarily active even though the payment hasn’t been successfully completed yet. 

 

(2) Payment due date

This shows the date when the payment was supposed to be charged

 

(3) Payment didn’t go through

This indicates that the payment attempt failed. The system couldn’t complete the charge

 

(4) Subscription Management

 

 

On the Subscription Management page:

This section lets you identify the issue, update your payment method or retry the payment If you’re using a bank card directly through us, you may also see a “Retry” button to attempt the payment again (Availability depends on your card or bank)

 

🔔 Disclaimer: If your subscription status is Temporary Active and you can’t retry the payment, make sure there’s enough balance in your payment method and wait while we or mobile app stores or service provider attempts the payment again automatically. 

 

 

 

 

If your subscription is no longer active, please subscribe again using the steps below for your region:
