In order to enjoy a successful upgrade on your account, you will need to meet the following rules: 
 

1. The upgrade is applicable to higher packages only.
2. Use the same payment method as your current existing package while upgrading to your new package.
3. Ensure to use a mobile browser or web browser if your payment method is Debit/Credit card or mobile pay. However, if your payment method is AppStore, make sure an iPhone linked with the same Apple ID is being used; in a similar way, use your Android app for the Google Play billing.
4. If you're currently subscribed to a lifetime offer, a discounted offer, or an old package, and decided to upgrade your package, you will automatically lose your existing offer should you choose to switch back in the future. You will be charged according to our current prices.
