We'd like to know if we could do anything for you to stay by sending us further details at care@shahid.net, however, if you still wish to delete your account, the process for deleting your account is as follows

Step 1:  Ensure that you have canceled any subscription that you may have, if you are paying via debit/credit card or mobile pay, please ensure to cancel your subscription through our app, & if you are using a third-party payment method such as iTunes or Google play, please ensure to cancel your subscription through your store to avoid any future deductions

Step 2:  If you were previously subscribed to MBC Shahid, please provide the following details according to your payment method. If not, you can skip step 2
 
1. If you previously paid through a debit/credit card
Please provide us with the last four digits of your registered card. & a screenshot of the last deduction that occurred on your card from MBC Shahid 
 
2. If you previously paid through Mobile Pay
Please provide your mobile number, along with the last payment deduction SMS received from your operator
 
3. If you previously paid through iTunes or google play:
Please provide us with your latest invoice sent from iTunes/Google to your registered email address

Step 3: Based on your payment method above, send the above requirements via email to care@shahid.net and our friendly support team will verify your request and send you a consent email to re-confirm the deletion request

Step 4: Confirm on the email received to process your request

Once confirmed:
 

• Your request will be processed within three to five business days if your account contains any active or previous subscription or any payment details
• If your account does not contain any subscription details nor previous payment details, your request will process and completed within 24 hours of confirming your request

Ps: Deleting your account while having an active subscription will automatically terminate your subscription with us and you will lose the remaining period of your subscription & all your data stored in your account, such as profiles, watching history, your list, the devices will all be erased

Another way of submitting an account deletion request is as follows

If you are logged in to your account using an IOS/Android device, simply follow the steps below
 

• Open MBC Shahid app & click on the face icon at the bottom of your screen
• Head to your account settings
• Click on account Management
• Tap on delete account feature
• Fill in the information required to complete your request
• Submit your request

Our friendly care team will verify your request and send you the requirements & the consent to re-confirm the deletion request
