I am getting an error stating 'Multiple streaming locations detected'

We are introducing features designed to enhance account safeguarding and security: Our enhanced security measures are designed to protect your personal data, secure your account, and improve streaming quality, allowing you to enjoy our library content without interruptions. 

It appears that you are streaming from different IP address at the same time on TV.

But if you see Multiple Streaming Locations Detected error and think you haven't accessed those sessions or you're the only one using your account, please follow these steps:
 

1. Go to “my account”
2. Click on “Devices Management”
3. Delete unneeded devices
4. Try logout and login again.

You can reset your password as well to solve the issue: If you are using a Web browser, simply follow the steps below: 
 

1. Login to your account  
2. Go to my account settings. 
3. Click on change password 
4. Enter your current password and create a new unique valid password. 

If you are using the app, simply follow the steps below: 
 

1. Login to your account  
2. Click on the avatar icon below 
3. Go to my account 
4. Click on change password 
5. Enter your current password and create a new unique valid password. 

If the issue is still there, please provide our customer care team with a screenshot of the error and device management page.

How can I stream from multiple locations simultaneously, as I did before

The number of simultaneous streams and locations you can use depends on your subscription package and the packages available in your country.

• VIP | Ultimate: Up to 4 concurrent streams from multiple locations, where the package is available.
• VIP, VIP | Sports, Epic Bundle and Epic Sports Bundle: Up to 2 concurrent streams from one location.
• VIP Mobile: 1 concurrent stream.

•  Option 1: Upgrade your subscription
  If a package that supports streaming from multiple locations, such as VIP | Ultimate, is available in your country, you can upgrade through Subscription Management → Available upgrades.

•  Option 2: Create a New Account: You can easily create a new account and subscribe again. This will allow you to maintain separate profiles for different locations or devices, giving you the flexibility to stream content from multiple places.
