If your device is Android TV, please make sure to verify that it’s certified by Google following the below steps:
 

1. Open your Android TV, go to the main menu and select the “Settings” option.
2. Scroll down to “About” section and select “About this TV”
3. You will see a section called “Legal information.”(This section should include a line that says, “Certified by Google” and displays a Google logo.)
4. If the TV is certified by Google, this line and logo will be displayed. If it is not certified, the line and logo will not be present.

If your device is (LG, Hisense, Android etc.) please verify If you can go to the official app store and find MBC Shahid app there:
 

• If you find MBC Shahid app in the official Google play store, then the device is certified.
• If you were not able to find MBC Shahid app in the official Google play store, then the device is not certified.
