1. First let us go through the unsupported devices:

Please note we define the device is unsupported by their Operating system:

Unsupported Mobile Phones & Tablets:
 

• iOS Devices : (iPad 1 & 2), (iPhones 4 & 5) and any apple device that is iOS running on versions below 11.0.
• Android Devices: Any device that is not working with Google Services and any device that is running on versions below 5.0

Unsupported Smart TV’s:
 

• Android TV’s: Running on Android TV Below 7.0
• Samsung TV’s: Running on Tizen Below 2.4
• LG TV’s: Running on WebOS 3.0 (2015 and below)
• Hisense TV’s: Running on Vidaa below 3.0
• Toshiba and Tornado TV’s: The only supported version is TV’s Running on Foxxum
• Uncertified devices from Google

Unsupported Game console:

PlayStation is supported only on Orbis and in these countries: (Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, KSA, UAE, Turkey & India only)

Any PlayStation that is not running on Orbis or outside those countries is not supported.

2. What is the alternative solution if you have unsupported device:

You can use one of our supported set-top boxes on your TV:
 

• Apple TV: Running on TvOS 12.0 & Above
• Amazon Fire TV: Running on Fire TV 6.2.1 & Above
• Xiaomi Box/Stick: Running on Android 7.0 & Above
• Google Chrome cast

Note that MBC Shahid App is available on Amazon Fire TV in the following countries only (Bahrain, KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Egypt & USA).
